For glowing skin in summers, you need something more than sunscreen

As the mercury touches the roof and nasty summers make the life terrible, you have some more reasons to stay in the home. However, everyone isn’t that lucky. The majority of us have no option than going out in scorching summers. It is very much important to take a good care of the skin in the hot weather.
We depend on so-called sunscreen creams made popular by constant hammering of advertisements on the Idiot Box. Does it safeguard us from the horrifying bombarding of UV (Ultraviolet) and HEV (High Energy Visible) rays?  The answer is a big NO if you ask a qualified beautician who took proper beauty parlour training.
Sunscreens hardly protect your skin
There is some protection by sunscreen creams in the normal sunlight, but it is not that effective during exceptionally hot temperature. Experts at beauty academy carry out many experiments as part of their curriculum to understand the effectiveness of several beauty products. Most of the popular sunscreen brands come out to be less effective in the bright sunlight. Interestingly, all these products blow their trumpet constantly in the media.
In institute of beautician course, the experts teach you the difference between sunscreen and sun block lotion. While sunscreen gives protection against the sun but the sun block actually blocks the harmful rays almost 100 percent. It means that during chilling hot summers, one should use sun block for total protection.
Always use a sun block cream with good PA rating. It indicates the capability of protecting against UV rays.  SPF or Solar Protection Factor is another critical factor.  Creams with 50 or more SPF are good, 100 is the ideal.
When experts do bridal makeup during summers, they apply sun block cream with the highest PA and SPF ratings.
